Barbell Upright Row

Position: Hold the Bar in front of the body at arms length, with an overhand grip, slightly wider than shoulders width. Stand tall with shoulder blades back and down. The abdominals should be “Braced.” (“Bracing” consists of tightening your abdominals as if you were going to take a punch to the stomach)

Movement: Lift the bar up to just below the nipple line, and return to the start position, and then repeat.
