Standing Overhead Press (Stride Stance)
Position: Hold the Barbell in front of the body at shoulder height, with an overhand grip about shoulder width. Feet should be in a stride stance position. The abdominals should be “Braced.” (“Bracing” consists of tightening your abdominals as if you were going to take a punch to the stomach).
Movement: Press the bar overhead until the elbows are nearly extended. Once you have reached the end of the movement return to the start position, and repeat.
