Core Essentials

I am so excited to share with everyone some of the lectures
I have conducted over the years.

Some of the lectures are more for health care professionals and may not be suited for the layman.

I've also included lectures that other health care professionals
have conducted.

My audience was physical therapists. This was during my internship in 1999. The topic was on PNF, which stands for
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation.
My Colleague (who is lecturing with me) is Dave Brigham.

This lecture is geared more for physical therapists, personal trainers, or any other health care professional and may be too technical for the average layman.
I apologize for the poor audio quality.
This Lecture was conducted at Fallon Clinic in Worcester

Listen to the lecture I conducted a few years ago regarding the "Secrets" of Weight Control.

The truth is, there are no secrets. There are, however, several important factors that govern our weight which most 'trendy' books overlook.
Listen to Dr. Insogna (from Yale University) talk about the SPOON (Supplementary Protein to Offset Osteoporosis Now) Study that was conducted at University of Connecticut, and Yale University and was funded by the NIH.

Fascinating inforation for all those who have osteoporosis or osteopenia. Dr. Insogna asks the question: Can supplementary protein improve skeletal or bone health?

This lecture was originally on iTunes and was FREE.

This particular audio clip is not a lecture but rather a clip from a radio talk show. The "Ask Dr. Ron" radio talk show is broadcasted in Boston each Saturday at 1:00 pm EST on the radio station WBIX (1060 AM).

Listen to Dr. Ron Cherubino talk about supplements and set the record straight regarding what to look for.

Dr. Ron has his own podcast (available on iTunes). He also has his own website, www.AskDrRon.com

I discovered Alan Watts in the 1980's when someone gave me the book, "The Wisdom of Insecurity". The title may not be what you think it means.

This audio podcast, which is available FREE on iTunes, is a great exploration into Zen Buddhism.
"When you are trying to be unselfish, you're doing it for selfish reasons, you can't be unselfish by a decision of the will..."
