The Zone is a simple, well-balanced, clinically proven anti-inflammatory lifestyle that can hel you lose excess weight and keep it off forever, fight the effects of aging, reduce the risk of chronic disorders and improve physical and mental performance.

I was fortunate to meet and interview Dr. Sears in April of 2008

Many health care professionals are still skeptical of the Zone Diet in spite of the many studies that support it, CLICK HERE to see the studies that support the Zone Diet.

Bodyrock.tv is your resource for workout routines, nutrition information and workout body videos.

Unfortunately, Zuzana (the previous trainer/model) is no longer on this site. However, the site is still a good resource for training.  At first glance, I thought this site was just a site that showcased her sexy body. But after viewing the videos, it is a great resource for fresh workouts, that many individuals may not have seen.
Check it out.

Thomas Myers studied directly with Drs. Ida Rolf, Moshe Feldenkrais, and Buckminster Fuller. He has also studied less extensively with movement teachers Judith Aston, Emilie Conrad, and in the martial arts. His work is influenced by cranial, visceral, and intrinsic movement studies he made with European schools of osteopathy.

Thomas Myers is the author of the book, "AnatomyTrains".

Anatomy Trains provides readers with the latest findings in fascial research, four color pictures and illustrations of dissected myofascial meridians, as well as comparisons with acupuncture meridians. The overall concept in myofasical meridian anatomy is to trace the muscle and fascia grains and lines while searching for straps, slings and tensional lines which extend further than a solitary muscle. The techniques that are used to improve posture are called Myofascial Release.
