Strength Training That Goes Beyond Machines
If you're like most Golfers, you spend hours on the golf course trying to sharpen your skills without ever seeing a decrease in your handicap.

The answer to perfecting your golf game does not depend solely on playing golf for hours but also relies on improving your fitness level.

The Strength and Conditioning program offered here involves exercises specifically designed to improve club head speed, distance, and accuracy.

According to Roger Fredericks
(Golf premier Fitness & Flexibility innovator)

"YOUR BODY IS YOUR GOLF SWING"

Learn how tight muscles can negatively effect your swing and more importantly make you vulnerable to injury.

Don't know where to begin in terms of cardiovascular exercise? Let this  LOG help you get on the 'RIGHT TRACK'.

This LOG is perfect for the person that works out in the gym on cardio equipment. Most of the machines display calories burned.

The LOG has 3 options or goals you can choose, if you are a beginner, choose goal 1, and as you advance, move up to goal 3.

Each week, the amount of calories you need to burn increases.

This is a 12 week LOG.

I also included another LOG that I use with my clients, simply
called cardio log.

This document is a perfect adjunct to the above 'Calories Burned Log".

This chart figures out the math for you in regards to how many calories you need to burn if you train
3 versus 5 days/week.

Bodybuilding Tips
The video's below, demonstrate and explain exercises that will improve aesthetic appearance as well as boost muscle. To the women out there, don't despair, your genetic makeup (mainly low testosterone levels) will limit the amount of muscle you can attain.

The exercises are in a specific sequence to maximize isolation to the muscles in question. We call this "PRE-EXHAUST", which, if you haven't done this type of training, it can be quite intense and accelerate the gains you are seeking.

At Core Essentials, we are very careful as to how to perform the exercises. In the video's, we go into detail on the correct form so you
 don't hurt yourself.

Although there is a woman demonstrating the exercises, it is not exclusive to woman.  Matter of fact, many top male bodybuilders have been using this PRE-EXHAUST technique for years.
